Access Folders

Imagine yourself working on a project and having to constantly save your work in the same folder. This may become annoying after a certain amount of time, as you will need to browse to the saving location over and over again. But when installing the Access Folders application, browsing to the save location will become a thing of the past. That's because Access Folders allows you to create predefined locations in which you can save your work.

That means that you won't need to browse to the save or open location over and over again and you will be able to access your desired folder using a single mouse click. After running the application, an icon will be added to the system tray. Double clicking on the icon will bring up the configuration window, where the user can define the predefined directories.

Using the same configuration interface, one can choose what file types should have the predefined folder feature available. By default, all the file types are supported. The program's functionality is simple. Whenever the user needs to open or save a file, the file dialog will have a new button, which grants access to the predefined folders configured in the program's interface. In this way, you won't need to browse the folder's location and you will be able to immediately access it.

But Access Folders can do more than that. It can display the predefined folders anywhere on the screen, by pressing a key combination, allowing you to access the folder in the shortest time possible. An unlimited number of predefined folders can be configured in the application. What's more, the mouse wheel can be configured to display the list of predefined folders, when it's rotated inside the file dialog.
